She has research experience in therapeutic areas such as Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, Fibrosis and Cardiovascular sciences. She has also worked in the context of technology and assay validation studies. Ayantika has prior experience with BBRC-Syngene and HUL R&D in Bangalore. She has completed her Masters in Biotechnology from VIT, Vellore and Bachelors in Biotechnology from Dr. D.Y.Patil University, Pune.
