At MP Advisors, she is the Senior Pharma Consultant leading strategic projects in Indian and Japan. She brings to table 15 years of experience in providing customized business development strategies for pharma giants in overseas markets. Her extensive experience includes working in the sales, marketing, product management, strategy planning as well as the regulatory space. Ripple has an in-depth understanding of the needs of the pharma market and the product value chain. She has played a pivotal role in the various cross-border transactions undertaken by MP Advisors (Mehta Partners). Ripple has also authored more than 10 therapy class reports used by global R&D Houses. Before joining MP Advisors, she has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies like Dr. Reddy’s, Astra Zeneca and Claris Life sciences.
